Reflections
Incomprehensible variations of vanity
I take pleasure in renouncing titles worthless
My vessel, more than willing to walk upon shards of these broken mirrors-
Not to say I won't hurt, but such pain is incomparable of your absence.
Nerves ache for your amber hues to reflect damp forgiveness,
For that smile of a million rainbows engulf my gloomy woods;
The ghost of my voice grieves for your harmonies,
Uncertainty maddens the memory of ecstacy.
How do you live so beautifully,
That our partition has stripped away my right to see none but you?
How do you break me so magnificently
And I dissolve in lost happiness?
I know, a dreamer will truly only love a dream.
I'll wait
Amongst the lavender fields- holding dandelions
Maybe as Orion presides over the sky,
You'll come.
With the smile of a million stars, engulfing my darkest nights. Together we can walk to the shore
hold each other as the ocean kisses our feet as I kiss you
Maybe, maybe,
You'll come.
