Thunderous

Darling, does this rain bring me to you?

for I see your laugh amongst blurred glass

fragile as your silhouette is my heart

but why do I drown in euphoria?

This lightning pushes me into colors unknown

another world where you are mine

the sounds of strings arisen from flooded earth–

clovers, pine, and a restless yearning,  shiver in summer frost.

I can touch your voice when it calls for me,

my heart beats for every breath you take,

when everything I touch withers to grief,

how does this solace transcend reality?

Shadows intertwined in candlelight

fade into the dark when they disappear into eachother

wisps of wax flicker in this house

am I in Pythia's dreams or do I intrude?

I will draw the air of an autumn day

engrave your agony onto mine

weave the chords of your moonlit eyes

for when you find me,

you will know,

That we are everything.
